APEX Cancer Center & Linear Accelerator

This 6,625 SF remodel transformed a vacant suite into a new clinic for Apex Cancer Center in Kyle, Texas. This project consisted of changes to the floor plan, new finishes throughout and extensive infrastructure upgrades to support the new Linear Accelerator (LINAC) machine. The project required saw cutting and over 400’ of under slab conduits to support the necessary utilities required by the LINAC. Scope also included a new process chiller and automatic city water switchover panel to ensure adequate cooling for the LINAC at all times.
